Cancellation Policy for The Therapy Room

I understand that Life happens and appointments sometimes must be cancelled.

 ~If you need to cancel your appointment please let me know a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

This allows me to fill the space from my waiting list, to work more efficiently and to prevent a loss of income that I cannot replace.

~For emergency cancellations please let me know as early as you can prior to your appointment.

~In cases of no shows without any cancellation, clients may be charged the full amount for their treatment and will forfeit their deposit. With Gift vouchers the voucher will be considered spent to cover the appointment.

~A deposit may be required for longer appointments, this will be transferable should you need to change your date or time and will count towards the full cost of your treatment. Gift vouchers are accepted as deposits.
