Harnessing the energy of the moon is a powerful way to align your intentions with nature’s rhythm. Simmer pots can enhance your lunar rituals, filling your home with vibrant natural fragrances while supporting your spiritual goals. They are also a wonderful way to make a group gathering special. A little bit of magic that everyone loves.
you can also place your chosen crystal nearby or in the room (but not in the pot) to amplify the energy. Use affirmations or meditate or journal as your simmer pot fills your space with its aroma.
Intentionally select ingredients that resonate with your intentions for the lunar phase or that you are particularly drawn to.
Remember to dispose of the cooled contents outside to return the energy to the earth. Here's a selection of my favourites for each phase of the moon.
