Wednesday evening Restorative Yoga: A Deep Exhale for Body, Mind, and Soul

Step into stillness and let yourself soften. Restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that invites you to slow down, breathe, and simply be. Using props to fully support the body, each pose is held in quiet comfort allowing tension to melt, the nervous system to unwind, and your spirit to gently return to center. This is not a workout; it’s a reset. A sacred pause in your week to reconnect, release, and restore from the inside out. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply craving more peace in your life, this practice is a beautiful way to come home to yourself. Suitable for everyone, even absolute beginners.

A wonderful, deeply relaxing, healing experience, snuggled down in the studio surrounded by the vibrations created by Eve, our visiting sound healer.

Eve is our guest once a month at The studio and her sessions always sell out and book up really quickly.

Simply relax and hideaway in The Studio, lie down and close your eyes and allow the sounds to flow through your body. restoring a sense of calm and balance. the Perfect antidote to a busy, hectic life.
