About the event

We’ll begin with a graceful Qigong session, Shibashi Qigong, (often described as a moving meditation) to awaken the body, soften the mind and allow your energy to flow with ease.

After a brief pause, you’ll be guided into a soothing simple breathwork and meditation journey, inviting you to release tension, reconnect within, and sink into deep rest.

Expect a magical blend of Spiritual connection, Mindful movement, Restorative breath and Deep calm and clarity.


This is a sacred pause, a chance to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner peace.


Perfect if you’re craving stillness, emotional balance, or a soft, supportive space to simply be.
